Demonstrating high standards in energy efficiency, environmental impact, health & well-being, and digital connectivity — HQM aligns perfectly with BAM’s commitment to resident-centric homes.
EPC A or High B Ratings
Energy Performance Certificates are non-negotiable. We aim for top-tier ratings through the use of MMC, smart HVAC systems, green insulation, and renewable technologies.
